SHIPPING & PROCESSING:
Please allow for 3-5 days handling prior to shipment.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Rates are determined by weight and destination. As closely as possible, the rates we charge for shipping and handling are an accurate reflection of the rates that we incur from our shipping partners to safely and efficiently deliver your order, and to ensure that it meets the highest expectations.
It is of the utmost importance to us at WITH to ship your orders promptly and without error or delay; however, thank you for understanding that we are not responsible for, and are excused from, performing due to events outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, weather-related postponement or other unexpected and unforeseen circumstances that may cause temporary shipping delays.

We make every effort to represent the most current and accurate inventory information. Occasionally, we find that an in-stock item is damaged when we are filling your order, and that getting a replacement results in the item becoming temporarily unavailable.
Thank you for understanding that we are still working on integrating our online and in-store inventory, and there may be times that the online inventory is not perfectly up-to-date. In the unfortunate event that your order is processed for an item that is out of stock, someone from with will notify you promptly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, we ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending the item back so that we may facilitate your replacement order and provide you with a return shipping label.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling. You will receive an email confirmation once your credit has been processed. Please note that sale items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defect.
